Ukrainian president claims Russia carried out more than 8,000 airstrikes
Russia has again changed its strategy and uses kamikaze attacks on a large scale
President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Russia has carried out more than 30 drone strikes on Ukraine. in just two days. He added that Moscow had also carried out some 4,500 missile strikes and more than 8,000 air strikes in total. Speaking from Kiev and standing next to what appeared to be a crashed Iranian Shahed drone, Zelensky vowed to “cut” the wings of the Moscow Air Force.
Western officials believe Iran has supplied a large number of drones to Russia, but Moscow and Tehran deny it. All of this comes as US Secretary of State Antony Blinken called Russia’s aggressive use of drones “appalling”.
The top US diplomat accused Russian commanders of using the devices tora “kill Ukrainian civilians and destroy infrastructure” they depend on electricity, water and heat” during a visit to the Canadian capital Ottawa.
