Canadian startup Geometric Energy Corporation has been working since last year on CubeSat, a square satellite with an integrated screen designed to show ads and logos to people.
As you may have noticed we see ads everywhere, on television, on internet sites, on the street that it seems like there are no places to put more ads and now the air is no exception, overnight this could change . the future and some companies have started to work out their proposals.
People who want to advertise their products or companies just need to buy a package of the satellite. In this way, the CEO and co-founder of GEC hoped to develop a satellite package.
The satellite, called CubetSat, will be taken to the moon with a Falcon 9 rocket. Once there, it will be placed in orbit and the screen will be recorded via a selfie stick. These filmed images are broadcast live on YouTube or Twitch for any user to see.
Initially, the tokens will be available for purchase with cryptocurrencies, but the company also wants to enable payments with degcoin, and a dogecoin billboard is also being developed to place on the moon.
This isn’t the first time ads have been placed in space, as as technology advances, access to space will become more accessible to all of humanity.
Energy Corporation proposes a small screen in orbit where anyone who wants to can buy the space to broadcast content for a limited time and in an accessible way.
